Carlos at C&A Auto is great. He was very patient with my difficult warranty company, and fought to have the necessary repairs done when they wanted to cut corners. He let me know everything that was wrong ahead of time, and gave me options based on my budget. This is the best mechanic shop I ever went to. The owner and everyone there is so kind and friendly and very details and walk me through the process of fix my vehicle. And they even drive me and my sister home b/c we have to wait for the part to come in. And lastly they give me a discount for first time customer and next service. Been here a couple of times now for my car and they were really helpful each time. They're really good at communicating as they go, but also are good at not pushing for added services you don't need. They let me know that my breaks are wearing down, but didn't try and scare me into replacing them right then and there as some shops would do for the money.
